In order to further facilitate personnel exchanges, adjustments are now made on Visa Application and Entry Policy for Foreign Nationals  as follows:

Effective from 0 am., 15 March 2023, foreign nationals holding valid Chinese visas issued before March 28, 2020 are allowed to enter China. The Chinese Embassy in the Philippines will resume the processing of all categories of visa application for foreigners.

Policies including port visas, Hainan 30-day visa-free policy, 15-day visa-free policy specified for foreign cruise-group-tour through Shanghai Port, Guangdong 144-hour visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups from Hong Kong or Macao SAR, and Guangxi 15-day visa-free policy specified for foreign tour groups of ASEAN countries will also be resumed.
