On April 14, Ambassador Jing Quan met with Philippine Executive Secretary Ralph Recto. The two sides exchanged views on China-Philippines relations, and a wide range of issues including South China Sea, law enforcement cooperation, economic and trade ties, as well as people-to-people exchanges.
